As part of our transactional practice, our attorneys prepare organizational documents and minutes of annual meetings, maintain stock registers, issue stock and membership certificates, draft and review contracts, draft or assist in negotiating leases, and provide general legal business advice, including advice on how to avoid expensive and risky litigation. When the need arises, we represent our clients in litigious business disputes.
