Shirley B. Luk is a San Francisco native. Ms. Luk graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2022 with a Certificate in Public Interest Law. While in law school, she served as the Mentorship Program Chair for the University of San Francisco School of Law’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and as class representative for the Environmental Law Society. She earned CALI Awards for Excellence in Professional Responsibility and International Human Rights.

Prior to law school, Ms. Luk received her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with minors in environmental biology and sociology from New York University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Luk is conversant in Cantonese.
