Biography
Joseph E. Gruber, Jr. is an associate attorney who joined Aaron, Riechert, Carpol & Riffle, APC in May of 2013.
The Board of Legal Specialization of the California State Bar Association has certified Mr. Gruber as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law.
Mr. Gruber graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May of 2014. While at the University of San Francisco, Mr. Gruber served as the Managing Editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review and as a Case Counsel for the University of San Francisco Moot Court Program. Mr. Gruber received CALI awards for excellence in both Constitutional Law and Family Law. Due to his avid interest in business law, Mr. Gruber graduated with honors with a Certificate in Business Law and served as two terms as the president of the U.S.F. Business Law Association. Prior to law school, Mr. Gruber earned a B.A. in International Studies with minors in economics and politics from Willamette University.
Mr. Gruber’s legal articles have been published on several occasions. His work includes:
